A scenic 1 hour drive north of Albuquerque and a 1.5 hour drive east of Santa Fe. Natural hot and warm springs are 15 minutes away, while hiking trails are just out your back door. Cross country and downhill skiing are just 30 minutes away.

            

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features views of Cat Mesa from the front and river views from the master bedroom. The house is fully equipped with all you would need. The living room features high ceilings, a gas fireplace and Mexican tile floors. The kitchen includes all appliances, cookware, dishes and flatware.
